The forth session for 2024 of the Harry Bridges School of Labor will be on Tasks of a Shop Steward. We will return to focusing on practical work within the labor movement. In the first section, we will go into what a Shop Steward is and Steward’s Rights. The second, we will go over some of the biggest mistakes a Steward will make, focusing on actions to avoid. And finally, we will talk about some aspects of Labor Law and understanding grievances. This session with take place on April 3, 2024 at 8pm EST/5pm PST.
